I had been trying to find the right person to speak with regarding a VA Loan Assumption for at least 6 months. I had been shuffled through countless contacts at MWF. Finally I drove over an hour to Mitch’s office, as it is the only physical office near me. He was available immediately to assist me. Even though loan assumptions are not what he does, he made sure to get me to the right department. He went above and beyond to assist me. Within a couple of days, he was able to put me in touch with the correct department (even had a name and number for me to call directly). Within 2 days, he got me the information I had needed for 6 months! Outstanding customer service!! I would recommend Mitch to anyone interested in a new home loan. He was so nice to work with. He was professional yet very personable.

Mitch was very responsive and proactive during the entire loan process. I was given a loan pre-approval the next day in order to place my offer on a property before the deadline.
